im trying very hard to resist temptation to blog but yeah obviously i cant resist it, shows by this sentence right.

SUNDAY: I MET ANGEL 1.

i was at the bus stop waiting for 163 to arrive.
to take to toa payoh for drama lessons.
then, this pair of old couples, probably in their sixties walked over and sat down beside me.
because the bench was dirty, i wanted to stand up and let the auntie sit.
she looked quite crippled.
i look at them and felt pathetic.

she asked me:
"you going to church now ah?"
i was quite shocked.
then i was like "haha nope."

she asked if i was Christian.
then i said yes.
then she asked many many.
then i answered many many.
including what school im from,
and what church i go to.

and i told her "actually i dont really go to church, i go to church on saturday."
i skipped the part on "i just went to church for the first time ever in my life" part, its a sin to feel so but i really felt embarrased if i said that.
so she asked me if i was free, feel free to drop by her church.
and i said okay.

she told me Jesus saved me.
i nodded and listened.

and my 163 came.
she said bye,
and God Bless.

TUESDAY: I MET ANGLE 2.

it was after the seniors match at mgs.
it was a stupid idea, i took 66 for around 20-25mins to little india.
wanted to take 980 straight home at first.
but glancing at the art piece falling apart i didnt feel like 'facing the music' after reaching the bus stop.

i had to walk a further distance if i took 980 home.

therefore, i took 851 (and it came first, too, before the 980).
i went up the bus, and there was this quite old, probably in sixties also auntie.
she was blocking the way; she stood there in front of the sensor and was searching for her card in her bag.
i was rolling my eyes behind her.

we stood at the standing area, she was staring at the art piece.
she asked me:
"is this singapore flag?"
i was like, no.
then she asked if i was singaporean.
then i said, yes.

then she asked me:
"are you christian?"

wow. i was shocked.
like two days ago another stranger just asked me that.
haha His power is great isnt it?

she passed me this book, i think part of the Bible is inside.
she asked me if i understand chinese,
and i was like haha ya.
she thought i was mixed blood,
like half indonesian or vietnam or something?
haha. that sounds cool.

she also told me,
just have faith because Jesus will save us.
she told me, according to the Bible,
that Jesus was coming down once more very soon.

and i was shocked again.
because thats exactly the conclusion i came out with when i analysed the Bible with papa in december holidays.
the world's symtoms seems to be exactly like the Bible.
the economic downturn, global warming..

she was about to get down the bus.
she ended off with asking for my name.
i told her Yi Le.
and she said "see you around, you can come to my church when you're free".
(she told me about her church earlier)
and i gladly said okay.

"God Bless."
and she went down the bus.
