the nature's gift-rain.
Rain-to you it might just be water dropping down from heaven, but to me its such a gift, a gift from mother nature.I sob in the rain. i cry in the rain. i mumble in the rain. i enjoy rain... not because of any reason but my love for nature. nature has given me the perfect time, perfect spot and perfect thing for me to express to myself myself. alone.
Sometimes i wonder in the rain about the problems that occured in school that day. sometimes i simply spend some quiet time with myself in the rain and reflect on the eventful afternoon. sometimes i'll just count the number of raindrops i see falling in front of me. sometimes, i just lightly close my eyes and imagine...
As i step on the puddles, i can feel the water slightly spraying on my legs. then i'll feel a tinglish feeling as the water gradually trickle down my legs until it eventually wet my socks with another drip of water, no matter accidentally or on purpose.
I hate to see it evaporate. i never wanted the water and the dark clouds to leave me alone with the sun and all the light. although i dont hate light, i prefer crying in the rain. because i never like to let people know, and i'll try not to ever make anyone see me crying, either in the sun or the rain, no matter happy or sad.
The rain posseses a huge mood range- from elated, angry, confused to dying, it can provide you with the greatest of things to do- i jump for joy and smile the widest smile in the rain after something great has happened to me; i stamp my feet and allow the water from the puddles to splash on my face to get rid abit of that anger; i cry in the rain for help and rescue when i confused my feelings; i close my eyes in the rain to wait for heaven to bring me to eternal sleep when life seems to be so cruel and meaningless.
I love rain, not because other people say its water dropping down from heaven.
I love rain, not because i can use it as an excuse to skip the lessons i dread.
I love rain, not because it can mean a pot of gold awaiting for my arrival at the end of the rainbow.
I just love rain as it is rain,
as its the most wonderful gift from mother nature.
